Predictable end to 2023 season, but civil war looms in Formula One

And so, it is over. After a gruelling season with its 22 grands prix – seven of them packed into the final nine weeks – the 2023 Formula One world championship came to an end in Abu Dhabi on Nov 26 in a race that reflected just how it had all started back in March.
