As the People's Action Party (PAP) readies itself for the general election, one of its key decisions will be who to place in GRCs that are without an anchor minister.

These include the new Sengkang GRC, as well as Jalan Besar GRC and the high-stakes East Coast GRC, which are respectively led by former Cabinet ministers Yaacob Ibrahim and Lim Swee Say.
