SINGAPORE – Jocelyn Ng never thought she would one day be a fashion designer – much less one who would debut at Fashion Week right after graduating from fashion school in Sydney, Australia.

The 31-year-old Singaporean, who launched her label Joccelyn in 2023, got to show her collection in not one, but two cities – at New York and Paris for 2023’s fashion weeks.
