SINGAPORE – Like most new mothers, Ms Sarah Toh had to plan her childcare arrangements around her full-time job in DBS when she gave birth to her son in January.
But unlike most, she has enjoyed a six-month work-from-home (WFH) arrangement in addition to her maternity leave, and will return to the office in November.
