For this year’s Ramadan, Muslims can break their fast with a host of special promotions at hotels and halal-certified restaurants.

Some hotels are going big with tie-ups with famous Malaysian chefs to draw in the crowds. Ginger at Parkroyal on Beach Road is featuring five dishes contributed by Chef Wan, a celebrity across the Causeway, including some that he learnt from palace kitchens in different states in Malaysia.
