SINGAPORE – The Les Amis Group is growing a cluster of more affordable French restaurants in Shaw Centre to complement its fine-dining flagship that started the company’s food and beverage empire in the building way back in 1994.

While Bistro du Vin reopens for business this week after a two-month renovation, it has also added a new member to the family right next door.
