SINGAPORE – A recent four-day preview of The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove attracted 3,200 visitors after prices of unsold units were slashed by over 40 per cent from 2010 launch levels.

The high turnout surprised market watchers and indicated that buyers are ready to commit if developers adjust pricing.
