BEIJING - While China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) may have met with some bumps in its implementation over the past decade, President Xi Jinping has sent a clear signal that he intends to stay the course.

Speaking at the third Belt and Road Forum in Beijing on Wednesday, Mr Xi said his signature foreign policy initiative has boosted the flow of goods, capital and technology, bringing benefits to the countries involved.
