BEIJING - China has maintained a neutral stance on Russia's invasion of Ukraine despite pressures to condemn Moscow for the unprovoked aggression.
Instead it has blamed the United States and Nato for failing to take Russia's security concerns into consideration in the security alliance's expansion eastwards.
