War Frontier stepped up on his last-start second placing to deliver the goods in the $75,000 Restricted Maiden event over the Polytrack 1,200m at Kranji last night.

The Titanium Racing Stable-owned three-year-old New Zealand-bred started his career ordinarily with five unplaced starts, including in Group 2 and 3, but he bounced to form last time out with some tweaks to his training regime.
