SINGAPORE - A local start-up has rolled out a new app which allows commuters to compare rates among ride-hailing providers.
Started by two young technopreneurs in April, Spur is an aggregator app which pulls and lists fare ranges from the three main providers here: ComfortDelGro, Grab and Gojek.
