Madam Sufiyyah Ithnin's family of seven is reeling from the coronavirus outbreak and economic slowdown.

Her husband, 49, earns about $100 a day helping people to move their furniture, or about $2,000 a month. In the past few weeks since the coronavirus surfaced here, the daily-rated worker has seen his income fall by almost half.
