NEW DELHI - Singaporean Anita Narang, a sales manager in a multinational corporation, was all set to go to India in April for a wedding in the family.

She and her husband, Mr Sunil Narang, 54, had also planned to travel from India to Mauritius to celebrate their silver wedding anniversary.
